Role: Facilities Manager
Location: Essex
Contract Type: 6 Month FTC
I have a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Asset Manager to join my clients team in Brentwood. Within this role, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility of managing rent reviews, leases, claims and budgets.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide reports and recommendations based on lease dates
- Managing any sublet/assignments of leases
- Examine lease reports and maintain the database
- Work with key stakeholders within the business to provide important information relating to insurance requirements/reinstatement values
- Manage the search for any new properties
- Review service charge budgets across the group
- Oversee business rates reviews for all offices
They're looking for:
- Proven experience in Facilities Management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of lease accounting and insurance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Softwares
- Full UK driving license
- Willingness to travel across the region
- Previous experience dealing with budgets, leases and rent reviews
