In this senior role, you'll oversee and inspire a diverse team delivering cleaning, catering, portering, linen, residential, quality, and security services. You'll ensure high-quality, customer-focused facilities management, meeting statutory and contractual requirements while enhancing patient and staff experiences.

Role: Facilities Team Lead

Location: Ramsgate Rd, Margate CT9 4AN

Pay Rate: £13.72 ph

Shift Pattern: Mixed shift, rota based full flexibility needed

Job Type: Full time, 37.5 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a large, multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
• Manage budgets, drive efficiency, and support strategic goals.
• Act as a front-facing ambassador for 2gether Support Solutions, fostering strong partnerships.
• Ensure tight and effective financial management in order to achieve profit and cash targets and to meet corporate and legal requirements.
• To ensure that the delivery of services by external contractors are monitored to ensure that high standards and value for money are achieved.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven leadership in facilities management within complex, 24/7 operations.
• Strong financial, commercial, and people management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Facilities Management Degree or equivalent experience (essential).
