Role: Field Sales Representative
Salary: £25k basic, with OTE taking your salary beyond £30k+

We are currently seeking a number of dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representatives to join the team. This role is a highly collaborative and consultative position that will involve providing solutions to our existing and growing client base within the Social Housing and New Build sectors.
Your Package:
- £25k basic salary
- £30k+ with OTE

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve ambitious annual and quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to client acquisition, development, and retention.
- Execute lead generation strategies including cold calling, site visits, and networking events.
- Qualify sales information and act on it, pursuing leads personally or informing the relevant sales team member.
- Manage your own commercial sales administration, documentation, and presentation standards.
- Build strong relationships with branch managers, demonstrating confidence and trust.
- Manage customer expectations effectively by communicating clearly with both customers and FireAngel.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for enhancement or expansion.
- Participate in regular catch-up sessions and monthly sales review meetings.

- You will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle
- You are a strong communicator with a confident and empathetic approach.
- You are persistent, resilient, and able to make quick decisions.
- You enjoy interacting with people and following procedures.
- You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
