Graduate Field Sales Representative

Working with local branch managers to supply offices and homes, you will fuse your interpersonal skills with an up to date knowledge of market conditions. Strategically generating leads with new customers, as well as developing rapport with existing ones, you will always be mindful of ways in which to drive revenue.
Successful candidates will be real relationship builders, hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle, and will operate within and manage a region autonomously.
The Package:
- Competitive basic salary of £28-30k, depending on region
- OTE taking your salary up to a £40k total

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a dedicated sales territory and deliver products to a range of users
- Promote the company's proposition with self-generated new clients
- Manage accounts to guarantee future business with existing clients, ensuring the company remains front of mind
- Upsell additional products to clients
- Represent the company with consummate professionalism
Requirements:
- Ideally educated to degree level
- A full, valid UK driving licence, with access to a vehicle
- Disciplined, with integrity - successful candidates will be autonomous and must have an excellent work ethic
