Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of the school, including budgeting, reporting, and accounting.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and school policies.
- Provide financial advice and support to school leadership and departments.
- Assist in managing cash flow and preparing financial reports.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in school finance or a similar public sector role.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and tools.
- A good understanding of UK educational funding and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Requirements:
- An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
