Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on mixed-use commercial and residential projects, ideally with experience working for Tier 1 contractors.
• Extensive knowledge of finishing processes, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and carpentry, and the ability to manage complex installations.
• A meticulous eye for detail, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality finishes that meet the highest standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• A proactive and problem-solving approach, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and overcome challenges.
