Location: Liverpool and Warrington area

Our client are a leading international health, safety, and environmental consultancy with over 25 years of experience and a strong presence worldwide. Due to continued success and growth, they're looking for dedicated Fire Risk Assessors in the Liverpool and Warrington area to work on type 4 compartmental, non destructive domestic properties. The job:
- Conduct thorough compartmentation fire risk assessments on residential properties
- Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommendations for remedial works
- Working on non destructive, type 4 compartmental domestic properties
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, explaining complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments
Essential Requirements:

- Type 4 Fire Risk Assessor Qualification.
- Proven experience in conducting compartmentation fire risk assessments
- Strong understanding of building regulations and fire safety standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in managing remedial works following fire risk assessments
- Familiarity with building materials and construction techniques
