£19.06 per hour
Full Time - Monday to Friday 37 hrs
Based in Seaham and Durham areas
Hybrid - 1-2 days at home per week

support of operational delivery across the Property Repairs Teams, particularly fleet
Develop and build relationships with third-party suppliers and business streams to ensure a
smooth and efficient transition of services provided and any issues affecting delivery are
highlighted and acted upon to minimise the impact to operational delivery, productivity and
customer satisfaction
Coordinate and deliver a high performing fleet service to the Property Repairs Teams ensuring
the smart scheduling of vehicle maintenance and checks to minimise downtime
Ensure that all vehicles within the fleet are complying with current legislation and that all
mandatory repairs, tests, and maintenance inspections are complete within strict timescales
Provide information and support in relation to the investigation and subsequent actions of all
accidents and incidents involving fleet
Assist the Supply Chain and Fleet Lead in analysing trends in service delivery and ensuring that
all contractual key performance indicators are met or exceeded to deliver a first-class service
within a right first-time ethos
Assist in reviewing and developing new operational procedures that will streamline working
practices and enhance our customers experience and support continuous improvement for the
service area.
Have a good understanding and provide advice on energy efficiency, fuel efficiency's,
environmental impact and travel considerations to the wider team, ensuring that where possible
business decisions and operational delivery responds to external challenges facing the industry.
Respond to enquiries from a range of different contacts to ensure delivery of a consistent and high level of customer service, working within believe housing policies and criteria and timescales
Resolve complaint and dissatisfaction cases, from both within and external to the organisation,
with the ability to confidently challenge and resolve difficult issues with a satisfactory outcome
