About the Project:

About the Role:

As Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled groundworkers, civil engineers, and other site personnel, ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of the heavy civil and groundworks package. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Team Management: Leading and motivating a team of skilled workers, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Construction Supervision: Directing and overseeing the execution of all heavy civil and groundworks activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Implementing and enforcing rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of workmanship and complies with project specifications.
• Safety Management: Establishing and enforcing stringent safety protocols on site, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies, and maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Material Management: Overseeing the ordering, delivery, and storage of construction materials, ensuring sufficient supplies are available at the right time.
• Progress Reporting: Providing regular updates to the Site Manager on the progress of the project, identifying any potential challenges or delays.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
