We are currently working with a leading contractor within the Infrastructure and Energy Sector, who are currently looking for a Foreman/ Foreperson to work on a freelance basis.
Based in the remote region of west coast of Scotland

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute energy projects within the defined timelines and budget constraints.
- Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, fostering a culture of safety among the team.
- Ensure that work meets the highest standards of quality and complies with industry regulations and contractual requirements.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimise project efficiency.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with the project team, subcontractors, and management to provide regular updates on project progress.
- Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, timesheets, and any relevant documentation.
What we need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, 2 Professional References
- Work on Civil Engineering projects
