Randstad is seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Counterbalance Warehouse Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for operating forklift equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Forklift Equipment: Operate counterbalance forklift safely and proficiently to move, stack, and transport materials within the warehouse. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Inventory Handling: Accurately load and unload goods, ensuring proper placement and organisation within the warehouse. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
• Warehouse Organisation: Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient operations and maintain a positive working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid forklift operator certification (counterbalance).
• Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Strong safety awareness and a commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
