Role: FP&A Analyst

Duration: 9 month FTC (possibility to go perm)

Location: Wimbledon

Hybrid: 2 days in the office

Are you looking to take your finance expertise to the next level within an organisation that values growth, innovation, and collaboration? We've partnered with a leading sports association seeking an FP&A Analyst ready to make a significant impact. This role reports to the FP&A Director.

Note: you must be on short notice or Immediate in order to be considered for this role (up to 2 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic Excel-based financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to drive business strategy.
• Monitor monthly financial performance and update key stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and non-financial data.
• Collaborate with business units to provide tailored financial advice.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ACCA or CIMA Qualification (Qualified or PQ)
• Advanced Excel modelling skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking with deep understanding of financial principles.

Key Performance Measures:

• Accurate tracking of actuals vs. forecast/budget, identifying variances and corrections.
• Effective month-end financial statement reviews for consistency and accuracy.
• Timely financial analysis with a focus on revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Enhancement of NetSuite reporting tools for improved efficiency.
• High-quality preparation of ad hoc analyses and Excel models.
