"As part of our team, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries related to Garden Waste subscriptions. We're seeking a team player who is energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer support."
Requirement :
- Setting up new Garden Waste subscriptions over the phone (some face to face may be required).
- Taking payments over the phone and setting up new Direct Debits.
- Updating relevant databases relating to garden waste subscriptions.
- Deal with garden waste service enquiries, investigating and responding to customer contacts in a professional and timely manner.
- Raising service requests relating to the garden waste service. And adopting a first-time right approach.
