What we offer:
- Competitive salary: £43,000 per year with an OTE of up to £50,000
- Standby:
- * Hourly rate: £1.5 per hour
- * Weekly standby rate: £185
- * Based from home
- * Working hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair 60kW boilers in plant rooms within accommodation and social housing blocks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex heating system issues
- Work with various heating system components and controls
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Collaborate with colleagues and site managers
- Cover Manchester and surrounding areas
Requirements:
- * Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer
- * Comercial and domestic Gas ACS tickets
- * Strong understanding of 60kW boiler systems and plant room operations
- * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- * Driving license
- * Experience working in accommodation and social housing blocks
- * Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
