Our client (FY3 Blackpool) is looking for a passionate early years practitioner who can support the school and share their ethos and values. This school aims to develop independence and self-confidence so we are all enthused to become the very best that we can. Their staff endeavour to ensure all children obtain and achieve the highest of standards, whilst providing a secure and safe environment with fun and challenging learning opportunities.
Currently this primary requires a handful of qualified early years practitioners to support across Nursery and Reception an ad hoc basis. Ideally you will have a solid understanding of early years, such as the framework, phonics and some learning needs experience. This early years provision is inclusive and will have a range of learning needs and styles. As an early years educator you will need to be the type of individual who can be animated, fun, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, show initiative and respond to a fast paced environment. Pay for this role starts at £13.50 per hour
A typical day in this school will include outdoor play, sensory and animated activities, singing and plenty of gluing and sticking! Roles at this school vary, they are currently in need of two support staff on a full time and part time basis.

Responsibilities
... - Preparation of resources and activities for the whole class and 1:1 support.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to organise appropriate activities.
- Liaise with other professionals such as Teacher's, TA, specialist support staff.
- Work closely with other LSAs and support staff.
- Work with classes, small groups and with children on a one to one basis.
- Monitor and track the development of the pupil In question and support personal development and confidence.
Essential requirements
- Experience of working with early years.
- Be comfortable and confident in managing challenging behaviours.
- Ability to engage with, and build rapport with young people.
- Be creative, proactive and flexible in their supporting style.
- Have experience with SEN or knowledge learning difficulties.
- TA qualified.
