General paperwork (Raising permits, timesheets, etc)
Ensuring Health and Safety is maintained to a high standard
Managing and pushing labour on site
Inducting new starters on site
Tool box talks
General Foreman Requirements:
CSCS card
SSSTS or SSSTS
First Aid
Previous experience on large scale civil Engineering schemes
Strong character and a team player
