About the Role:

We're looking for a highly motivated and reliable Roadworker / General Operative to join our professional highway maintenance team. This is a permanent position based primarily at the Wilcrick Depot in Magor, with the potential for future relocation to other depots within South East Wales. You'll be responsible for a variety of essential highway maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our roads for the traveling public and businesses.

Your Responsibilities:

• Undertake a range of general highway maintenance works including:

* Drainage works

* Potholing

* Fencing

* Grass cutting

* Other similar highway works

• Contribute to a team environment, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulations.
