Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Assist with classroom activities to create an engaging and effective learning environment
- Support individual students and small groups with tailored assistance
- Help prepare classroom materials and set up learning activities
- Monitor student progress and assist with behaviour management
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver lessons and manage the classroom
- Supervise students during lunchtime and transitions in and out of school
What We're Looking For:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- Eligibility to work in the UK (please note that sponsorship is unavailable for this role)
- Previous experience in educational settings, particularly in primary schools
- Two recent professional references
- Experience working with young people
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- TA qualification
