Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman for a long-term construction project in Sutton, Surrey. This is a 3-year contract starting in February/March 2025, providing the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile site with ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of repair, maintenance, and finishing tasks.
- Handle snagging and finishing work to ensure high standards.
- Assist with minor carpentry, painting, plastering, and general site duties.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to all site health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card (required).
- Proven experience as a Handyman in construction or maintenance (references needed).
- Proficiency in multiple trades, including basic carpentry, plastering, and painting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
