Role Overview
As the Head of Learning Support, you will lead the development and implementation of inclusive educational practices to support students with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with teachers, students, and parents to create an environment where every student can thrive academically and personally. The role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the school's approach to learning support and help shape the educational experiences of students across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the school's Learning Support program, ensuring high standards and effective support for students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement inclusive teaching strategies and differentiate instruction.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing targeted interventions as needed.
- Coordinate with parents and outside specialists to support students' learning and development.
- Lead and mentor a team of learning support staff, providing professional development and guidance.
- Support the school's commitment to bilingual and cross-cultural education.
Requirements:
- A qualified teacher with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in learning support or a related field.
- Experience working with students who have diverse learning needs, including those with English as an additional language.
- Experience in the UK or IB curriculum is highly desirable but not essential.
- A strong understanding of active, student-centered learning and a commitment to developing inclusive educational practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.

Salary and Benefits Package:
- Competitive Salary: Up to 530,000 RMB per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
