Candidate Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience heading an MYP department
• Full School IB experience is mandatory, with a strong focus on the MYP (Middle Years Program)
• Degree in Education or equivalent, with relevant training/certifications/diplomas in education
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with embassies and the expat community
