We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic environment, taking on a key leadership role within our safety department.

- Champion a culture of safety: You will be the Safety Lead, responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust Health & Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.
- Represent our values: You will represent the company at external meetings, building relationships with key stakeholders such as ISO, HSA, Safe Electric, and National Training Bodies.
- Develop and deliver training: You will create and maintain a comprehensive training matrix, ensuring compliance with booking, attendance, and tracking procedures. You will also conduct training sessions, including toolbox talks (TBTs) and presentations.
- Lead with passion: You will champion our Well-being, Mental Health, and Environmental policies, fostering a positive and sustainable work environment.
- Investigate and prevent incidents: You will conduct thorough investigations into near misses and incidents, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate risks and prevent future occurrences.
- Promote safety best practices: You will drive the implementation of our Safety Observation Reporting (SOR) Program and actively promote a culture of safety excellence within the company.
- Data-driven decision making: You will compile and present comprehensive monthly and yearly KPI reports, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration is key: You will work closely with our MC partners to ensure we continue to deliver the highest possible standards in Health & Safety.
- Lead by example: You will champion Covid-19 Management, PPE compliance, and a positive safety attitude within the team.
- Stay ahead of the curve: You will stay current with new Health & Safety strategies, particularly in relation to heuristics, cognitive bias, and people safety.

Essential Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma or equivalent Level 7 or higher qualification on the NGF Framework.
- Full Clean Licence or working towards.
- Passion for Health and Safety.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft software suite.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in Construction is desirable.
