About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
... - Provide person-centred care to individuals with learning difficulties.
- Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and promoting independence.
- Support individuals in accessing the community and participating in activities they enjoy.
- Work collaboratively with families, other professionals, and team members to ensure the highest standard of care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties and providing personal care is essential.
- A caring, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Driving license preferred (to support individuals with appointments and outings).
