Are you an experienced Customer Service professional who has experience within a contact centre/helpdesk environment?
Randstad Facilities Management Team are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator the behalf of our FM client based in Newcastle. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, liaising with departments in the organisation to ensure customer satisfaction is delivered.
The package includes:
- Competitive hourly rate up to £14.50
- Core hours Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
- 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact with the clients customers
- Managing customer enquiries via multiple communication methods - telephone, email, systems and Webchat/Apps.
- Offering support to customers, both internally and externally
- Logging client information and activity onto a web-based system
- Using contract guidelines and knowledge to agree on the most accurate job priority and descriptions for reactive works
- Working as part of a team and own initiative
- Assist with reporting on jobs logged, completed and outstanding
- Providing Administrative support to wider teams as and when required
The successful candidate:
- Experience working within a Customer Service environment
- confidently take calls from building users at 3 sites across the estate. Be confident using a computer and able to type plus additional admin duties such as scanning documents
