We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Helpdesk Manager to join a leading Facilities Management business in ensuring smooth and efficient operations for their clients.

- Leading and motivating a team: You'll be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of up to 5 Helpdesk Coordinators.
- Ensuring seamless service delivery: You will oversee all aspects of the Helpdesk, including scheduling engineers, handling customer calls, and managing the efficient execution of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programs.
- Building strong client relationships: You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Driving operational excellence: You will continually identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Helpdesk.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience managing a Helpdesk team within a Facilities Management environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
