We are looking for an enthusiastic High Level Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly primary school based in Watford.
This is a full time position available on a long term basis to start from November!

Your responsibilities:
* Managing behaviour and supporting the class teacher
* Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience of all the children
* Working with small groups and 1:1
* Have a flexible approach and ability to adapt resources on the spot
* Preparation or collaboration of lesson resources with the Teacher
* Cover the class and deliver planned work in the Teacher's absence (PPA time/ teacher absence etc)
* Maintain a controlled and safe environment in the classroom
Your Requirements:
* An Enhanced child DBS on the update service
* Eligibility to work in the UK(sponsorship is not available with this role)
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher
* Able to make an impression on both us and our client
* Previous relevant experience as a HLTA (must be able to provide 2 professional references)
* Flexibly adhere to the needs of the pupils in a professional and friendly manner
* Good classroom management skills
