Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver lessons in the absence of the teacher.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance student learning.
- Assist in planning and adapting lesson materials to meet diverse needs.
- Support students' academic and personal development.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements
- HLTA qualification or relevant experience.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to get one.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different year groups and learning needs.
- Eligible to work in the UK without any restriction.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting education.
