Key Responsibilities
- Lead whole-class teaching in the absence of the teacher
- Support pupils in small groups and one-to-one interventions
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons

- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
- Help to manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Contribute to assessment and record-keeping
Requirements
- HLTA qualification or relevant experience
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Ability to lead lessons and manage a classroom
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
