Role & Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management.
- Delivering targeted interventions to individuals or small groups.
- Promoting positive relationships and developing students' social and emotional skills.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Ensuring a consistent and proactive approach to managing behaviour and emotional well-being.

Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., HLTA, Level 3 TA, or equivalent).
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
- An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
- Proven ability to inspire and engage students through creative lesson planning.
- Experience teaching English in the UK is necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
