What You'll Do:
- Lead the Way: Take responsibility for leading lessons and activities across the school, ensuring a high quality of education.
- Champion Learning: Help students with their learning, modify and adapt activities, and contribute to their individual learning plans.
- Create a Safe Space: Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment, addressing challenging behavior and ensuring students feel secure and empowered.
- Collaborate with Educators: Work alongside educators and specialists, including a full therapy team, to provide a comprehensive and supportive approach.
