Senior Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Dorset
Salary: £25,015.20 - £27,302.30 (FTE £29,120.00 - £31,782.40)
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Term-Time Only

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to students, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Assist teachers in delivering creative and inclusive lessons.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with students, ensuring they feel secure and valued.
- Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback to encourage development.
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare in line with school policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or 4 and above).
- Experience working with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD is a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours and promote an inclusive learning environment.
