We are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on behalf of our client, a prominent housing association based in Hammersmith areas.
This role is Temporary role with opportunity for extension, ideal for an experienced housing professional. You will oversee a team, manage tenancy issues, and drive excellent service delivery for residents.
Offering £16.78 paye - £21.52 umbrella + company vehicle if needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a housing team, ensuring compliance with housing policies and regulations
- Manage complex tenancy issues such as rent arrears and anti-social behaviour
- Work with external partners to enhance service delivery and community engagement
- Ensure health and safety standards are met across all properties
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a housing leadership role
- Strong understanding of tenancy law and housing management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
