A leading organisation is seeking an HR Manager to deliver HR services across its UK legal entities. This role supports managers and employees, implements HR policies, and ensures compliance while balancing business needs with legal frameworks. Reporting to the HR Cluster Head for Europe North, you'll collaborate across HR functions, including HRBPs, Reward, Talent, and Learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver core HR operational support and employee lifecycle processes.
Act as the primary HR contact, advising managers and employees on all HR matters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and collective agreements.
Support HR system integrations and employee transitions.
Provide data insights to leadership on operations, compliance, and service quality.
Implement and support change management for new HR processes and policies.
Collaborate with external vendors to optimise HR technology solutions.
