Our large Manufacturing client is currently hiring for a HR Manager position. You will be reporting into the HR and Talent Manager, and you will be mainly responsible for providing HR and IR support to management. This is a permanent role. This role is based in Drogheda on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the HR, Payroll and T&A systems.
- Providing support to management and colleagues in both locations, with employee and industrial related issues.
- Manage annual review process, and supporting payroll.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in a unionised environment is key for this position.
- Experience in Industrial Relations.
Our client is looking to pay around €65k per year for this position.
