Randstad is currently partnered with a global fintech leader and is seeking a dedicated and driven HR Service Delivery Specialist to join their growing team.
In this impact-driven role, you will:
- Shape HR Service Delivery: Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America, with a focus on key markets like Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, UK, Netherlands, and Canada.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert HR guidance and support to employees and managers across the organization, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Manage a wide range of HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee mobility, benefits administration, payroll, and more, always striving for efficiency and accuracy within established SLAs.
- Lead with Data & Insights: Leverage your analytical skills to identify process bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Research and evaluate benefits programs to ensure they meet the needs of their diverse workforce.
- Champion Collaboration: Partner closely with HR colleagues, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional employee experiences.
What you bring to the table:
- 8+ years of proven experience in a fast-paced HR operations environment, demonstrating strong knowledge of HR policies, best practices, and international labor laws.
- An analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach and a "can-do" attitude, capable of thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a plus, reflecting their global reach.
