Role: HVAC Engineer
Pay per hour: £28.54
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.00 am - 16:30 pm
Location: Liverpool L24

Main Duties include:
- Carry out PPM tasks to HVAC plant and record and complete relative documents
- Carry out reactive callouts on critical HVAC systems
- Complete compliance testing and minor works to JSP375 standard
- Minor AC & AHU repairs and small works
- Required to work an on call rosta
- Required to assist in generic reactive work requests for the building and undertake standard PPM tasks on site also.
- Clear communication of the company vision and objectives ensuring the implementation of new procedures
- Promote and drive the company values
- Keep up to date with industry developments, driving innovation and effective change
This role will include emergency response and repairs to critical equipment, the candidate will need to have good experience and excellent communication skills to ensure all operational and contractual obligations are adhered to mitigate risk
Qualifications and Key Skills:
- City and Guilds in air conditioning
- Safe handling of refrigerants
- Strong communication skills
- Good experience of HVAC maintenance and repairs
- Knowledge of BMS systems is an advantage
- Ideally City and Guilds in Electrical
