Job OverviewWe are seeking experienced Band 5 ICU nurses to join our team in Bristol. Successful candidates will possess a proven track record of providing high-quality patient care within a critical care environment. This is a crucial role requiring a high level of skill, competence and professionalism. The employer is actively seeking qualified candidates to expedite the hiring process.
Responsibilities- Providing comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhering to all relevant NHS guidelines and protocols.
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (essential).
- Minimum of 12 months of recent experience as a Band 5 ICU nurse within an NHS critical care unit (essential).
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to high standards of patient care.
24-hour shifts are available, encompassing day, night, and weekend/bank holiday duties.
RemunerationCompetitive pay rates, in line with NHS banding and capped rates.
