Randstad is recruiting for an IDVA Advisor to join Manchester City Council's Independent Domestic Violence Team. This a full time role offering £21 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- First response- Initial contact with citizens, risk assessment, informed safety planning based on DASH RIC and information from initial referral etc, safeguarding actions, onward referrals/signposting.
- Crisis intervention and safety planning- Informed safety planning including housing and refuge options, legal remedies, target hardening,
- Advocacy -reporting options, representation at MARAC (as required).
- Pathways- Ensuring robust pathways are in place both internally and externally. This includes IDVA team, medium risk IDVA, statutory services, community outreach services (Women's Aid, LGBTF etc), SARC, ISVA and other specialist services.
Requirements:
- IDVA trained
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
