Randstad are working alongside a renowned university based in East London who are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join their team, primarily dealing with current and prospective students.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and Respond to queries within the central Hub team.
- Successfully identify queries which need further support and transfer to the correct department or drop in sessions.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyse issues
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience within customer service
