About the Opportunity:

What You'll Do:
As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will qualify leads, schedule meetings/demos, and ensure a seamless transition to the sales team. Your contributions will be pivotal to revenue generation. Responsibilities include:
- Lead qualification using established frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC)
- Engaging prospects via phone/email/chat
- Booking meetings for the Account Executives
- Providing informative resources
- Meticulously maintaining CRM records
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- Objection Handling
- Pipeline Contribution: Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and meetings booked.
Who We're Looking For:
Our client is seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented individuals with basic experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Exceptional communication skills, the ability to build rapport, and a proactive mindset are essential. Experience with CRM software is a plus. Most importantly, we are looking for passion, commitment, and a desire to thrive. Don't worry if you don't meet every requirement, we are interested to hear from all interested candidates.
Your Impact & Success:
Within your first month, you'll grasp product knowledge and CRM functionality. Within three months, you'll work efficiently with the sales team and develop effective prospecting techniques. In six months, you'll meet your targets, expand your network, and become a true contributor to our team's success.
