We are seeking an experienced Incident & Problem Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management, with a focus on driving operational excellence and service improvement in a dynamic, multi-national environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance Incident & Problem Management processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Drive KPI improvements and service quality enhancements.
- Analyze trends and patterns to identify areas for continual service improvement.
- Collaborate effectively within a complex, multi-national organization.
- Work with outsourced and offshore/matrix teams (desirable).
- Utilize Service Management software, preferably ServiceNow, to optimize processes.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in an Incident & Problem Management role.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
- Experience in outsourcing and managing offshore/matrix teams is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
