Independent Living Manager

Randstad is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Independent Living Manager to join our team on a 12-week temporary assignment. This is a unique opportunity to lead a vital service, make a real difference in the lives of our residents, and contribute to a positive and thriving community.
What You'll Do:
... - Strategic Leadership: Act as the strategic lead to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compliant Independent Living services, aligning with the council's overall vision.
- Transformation Champion: Develop and help deliver the objectives of the Transformation Plan for Independent Living, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating these into tangible outcomes.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Review, update, and communicate policies and procedures to staff, ensuring consistent application and compliance with legislation, regulations, and best practices.
- Champion Resident Involvement: Positively promote resident involvement and community development, contributing to the council's corporate objectives and creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, motivating staff to deliver the highest quality service and achieve performance targets.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience of working in supported housing and/or delivering independent living services.
* A strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in independent living.
* Experience in change management, with a proven ability to lead and implement organizational transformation.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
* A commitment to providing excellent customer care and a positive resident experience.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- Hourly Rate: £27.65
- Duration: 12 weeks.
- Working Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)
- Location: Campus East - Hybrid Working
