INA Support for Year 5 Child with Additional Needs (Part-time)
Are you a dedicated and experienced INA looking to make a positive impact on a child's learning journey?
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled INA to provide individual support to a Year 5 student with additional needs in a local primary school.
The Role:
...
* Provide individualised support to a Year 5 student with additional needs.
* Assist with learning activities, promoting independence and confidence.
* Ensure the child's safety and well-being at all times.
* Work closely with the class teacher and support staff to implement individualised learning plans.
* Maintain clear and concise communication with parents and school staff.
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student.
Hours of work:
- Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 12:00 (Part-time)
Contract:
- The length of the contract is currently undefined as the child is waiting to hear about a special school placement.
Essential Requirements:
* Relevant experience working with children with additional needs in a school setting.
* A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* A valid DBS check (or be willing to undertake one).
