To be able to provide a professional, quality of craftsmanship and customer orientated service to all internal and external customers.

To work to current Health and Safety legislation and identify any areas for improvement and communicate these to your Line Manager for inclusion into the Management process.

Responsibilities
To be able to organise workloads and work both within a team environment and on your own.
To work to current Health and Safety legislation and identify any areas for improvement and communicate these to your Line Manager for inclusion into the Management process.
To identify any training and personal development requirements to ensure continuous improvement.
1 To carry out all aspects of joinery work on repairs and maintenance and refurbishment projects and new build including first fix and second fix joinery works.
2 To remove and replace timber gutter and carry out any necessary repairs
3 To lift and fix carcassing timbers such as traditional roof timbers, trussed rafters, floor joists and shuttering
4 To lift and fix finished items such as windows, doors, door frames, boarding to floors and walls, sills, skirtings and architraves on new build or adaptations and kitchens.
5 To set out hip roof designs for traditional and non-traditional roofs.
6 To install PVCu windows and doors / composite doors.
7 To apply PVCu trims and finishes to new works as required.
8 To implement security measures to empty and vulnerable properties.
9 To work at heights using the necessary safety equipment.
10To carry out Driver/Labourer duties as and when required
