We are currently recruiting for a Key Stage 1 Teacher to support a Primary school in the Doncaster, DN1 area. The school is looking for someone who is proactive, adaptive and is keen to contribute to the school's goals and ETHOS.
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher you should be able to confidently support all Key Stage 1 classes (Year 1 and Year 2). Showing strong knowledge and understanding of the Primary curriculum and actively keeping students engaged and interactive with the lesson plan and activities.
To be successful in the Key Stage 1 Teacher role, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad Education)
- Hold eligibility to work in the UK
- Have a minimum of 6 weeks experience teaching Key Stage 1/ Early Years.
- Have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management
