Randstad Education is working with a leading childcare provider in Bognor Regis to recruit dedicated and compassionate Keyworkers to support children aged 0-3 years.
About the Role:
- Schedule: Part-time, term-time + 50.3 weeks per year
- Wednesday afternoons (until 6 PM)
- Full days on Thursday & Friday (approx. 8 AM - 5 PM)
- Contract: Temp to perm
- Salary: NJC Grade 6 (£13.69 per hour)
- Impact: Create a nurturing environment that fosters children's growth and development.
- Keyworker Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with a small group of children, providing individualized care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Ensure a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for young children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a consistent and nurturing approach to care.
- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with young children.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures and child development principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
