Randstad Education is collaborating with a well-established childcare provider in Bognor Regis to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Keyworker to join their team.
About the Role:
- Schedule: Full-time, term-time only
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM
- Staff meeting on Wednesdays from 5 PM - 6 PM
- Contract: Temp to Perm
- Salary: NJC Grade 6 (£13.69 per hour)
- Impact: Foster a nurturing environment that promotes children's learning and development.
- Keyworker Responsibilities: Build strong, supportive relationships with a small group of children, offering personalized care and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities that enhance children's learning and development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for exploration and growth.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a consistent, child-centered approach to care.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on each child's progress.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with young children.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures and child development principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
