Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to the needs of KS1 pupils.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning, independence, and confidence.
• Work closely with support staff to provide individualised education plans (IEPs) that meet each child's needs.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to support students' progress and well-being.
• Create a safe and stimulating learning space that inspires curiosity and joy in learning.
• Monitor and report on student progress, celebrating achievements and identifying areas for development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
• Proven experience working with children in a KS1 setting.
• Eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions.
• Should possess a DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one.
• A strong understanding of the Code of Practice and effective strategies to support diverse learning needs.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills.
• A genuine commitment to helping every child achieve their potential.
