Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Supply Primary teacher to join our dynamic team, located in Red Lodge. As a Key Stage One supply teacher, you will deliver dynamic and effective teaching and learning experiences to pupils. You will plan and implement an innovative curriculum that fosters a love of learning and helps each child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and teach lessons that adhere to the national curriculum standards.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Evaluate and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Engage in school events and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
- Ability to inspire and engage young learners.
- An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, or willingness to obtain one.
