Randstad is actively looking for an experienced individual to join a welcoming Primary School team in St Albans to fill in a 5 days a week position. Someone who is firm but fair and has a nurturing approach to working with pupils. You must be adaptable and flexible to using a range of strategies to positively impact the pupil's behaviour for learning. You should have prior experience of working in a school environment.
As a primary Teaching Assistant your role involves supporting the education and development of young learners and to build their love for learning.
This is a long term, full time role available to start from September 2024!
